Welcome to SALT + ORCHID — where loungewear meets lifestyle, and every piece is designed to take you from bed to brunch, effortlessly.

I’m Alexis, a 21-year-old fashion designer, entrepreneur, and the creative soul behind this dainty, flirty, and timeless brand. With a marketing degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a passion for all things chic, I’ve turned my love for design into a curated collection of loungewear dresses, cozy PJ sets, charming tote bags, book pouches, and more — all handmade, 100% cotton, and ethically crafted with you in mind.

Design has always been my love language — what started as playful passion projects has blossomed into a brand that celebrates effortless elegance. SALT + ORCHID was born from a desire to create pieces that feel as lovely as they look — blending timeless charm with a touch of whimsy. Each collection is a reflection of my heart for thoughtful design, where cozy meets chic and every stitch tells a story.

When I’m not sketching designs or dreaming up new ideas, you’ll most likely find me with my golden retriever -Teddy- & spending time with friends and family. Proverbs 31:25 is embedded into the heart of everything I do —"She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future."

But SALT + ORCHID is more than just an outlet to share my love for fashion and design. A portion of every purchase supports my growing non-profit, Water Their Flowers, dedicated to advocating for  children with special needs and their families. Our first project? A heartfelt children’s book titled “Yes Yippie! You Are Just Like Me” — a sweet reminder that while we all shine in different ways, kindness and understanding make us beautifully the same.
