Refund policy

At Salt + Orchid, we want you to love every piece you receive. Each item is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care, but we understand that sometimes something may not be the perfect fit.

We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Here's how it works:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note, all sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at customercare@saltandorchid.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Please include the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the process.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credit never expires—take your time finding your next favorite piece.
