Refund policy

At Salt + Orchid, we want you to love every piece you receive. Each item is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We happily accept returns for store credit only. This allows us to continue offering limited, carefully curated collections while ensuring you find something that feels just right.

Here’s how it works:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a store credit gift card via email to use anytime— because you deserve a second chance to fall in love!

  • Please note, all sale items, accessories (including tote bags, book pouches, cosmetic bags, and duffles), and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at customercare@saltandorchid.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Please include a reasoning for return in your email. We will guide you through the simple process!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Store credit never expires—take your time finding your next favorite piece!

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
