At Salt + Orchid, every order is packed with care and thoughtfully prepared before making its way to you. Thank you for supporting our small business.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

During collection launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, Salt + Orchid is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

Salt + Orchid is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@saltandorchid.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.

Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and mailbox
  • Asking household members or neighbors
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Salt + Orchid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
